Denise is the founder and leader of B2B Exclusive. She started B2B with the
core principle in mind to help companies build a sound lead management process.
Denise has a strong sales and marketing background and is responsible for
the growth and direction of the company. She has over 10 years of experience
managing major inbound and outbound call centers nationwide. She has implemented
and managed lead generation campaigns that have turned into millions of dollars
in revenue for B2B clients. Denise developed the first Total Lead Management
process, which encompasses lead management, process development and sales
behavior. Denise Edmonds attended Meredith College in Raleigh, NC with an
undergraduate degree in business.
Lisa Blumenthal, VP of Organizational Development
Lisa Blumenthal demonstrates a firm commitment to the training and development
industry. With more than 18 years experience, she has a unique perspective
on the retention / production relationship and its impact on operations. She
received her undergraduate degree at the Ohio State University, and has developed
unique and exciting tools that assist our clients in culture modeling, pre-hire
analysis, motivation, team building, productivity, communication, employee
retention and development. Lisa’s experience with inside sales and call
centers in the financial, insurance and industrial markets has enabled her
to develop creative solutions for clients in many different industries. Previously,
Lisa was a Partner in Innosource, a Cleveland, OH based consulting firm.
Shannon Thompson, Director of Training
Shannon Thompson is at the forefront of customer care and sales development.
She has been improving the client experience for over 15 years through development
and discovery techniques. Shannon is instrumental in problem solving, strategizing
and implementing improved processes for companies. Her practices have been
instrumental in improving customer service, client retention and increasing
sales. Her experience is rich, working within such industries as retail, airline,
entertainment, restaurant management and technology.
